Tuesdays will have some extra time after class from time to time. Many athletes seem to leave early or skip open gym days. Open gym days are the perfect time to work with your coach on kipping, mobility, lifting form/technique, etc.

Use this extra time on Tuesdays to get some tips and/or help from the coaches. Just ask.
